# AI coder dead, restarting environment isnt helping

I can’t get anything besides 3 dots, no response. Anything else I can try. I’ve restored back to prior code, I’ve restarted, cleared cache, no luck.

A new version of Firebase Studio was launched today. Are you having better luck after the latest version?

I’m currently getting this error now. Are the version rollouts live instantly, or is there a method to updating to the new version?

I’ve reverted back several code changes and have had ChatGPT help me with several possible VM issues in the terminal and it seems AI is now responding again. I have no idea what actually fixed it. But we’re good now.
