I started a project through firebase studio. Now, I keep getting “Rate limit or quota exceeded.” as the response when I try to send a prompt.

I see discussions about increasing others trying to solve this by upgrading to paid tiers, but I am confused because I do not even see the project from my Firebase Studio listed as a project in Firebase (I do not see any existing projects when I go to the console [https://console.firebase.google.com/u/0/](https://console.firebase.google.com/u/0/)).

I am not sure if this is related to the ongoing issue from the status page
" Workspace disruption 4/29/2025
Service disruption for US East Coast users preventing creation of new workspaces and opening archived workspaces"

I think the error message about hitting rate limits/quotas should be much more detailed. Right now, it is not clear to me how I would even go about upgrading to a paid tier even if I wanted to.
