Please for the love of God just give us the ability to delete the chat/ context of our prototyper chats. You will solve so many issues in adding this feature. There is no reason for it not to exist already. ADD IT! ---

I asked it this very question today. I’ve noticed it was pulling in old iterations in the code which forced me to revert back a few stages. I asked if we could delete the chat but it was confident in its abilities to understand the context with all the history present. ---

You can delete the Chat with /clear ---

In the ai chat window just type what Noel suggested /clear All previous chat history will be wiped so you can continue with no old chats confusing your build. ---

Probably a stupid question, but if i clear the chat, would that not clear the app. How do i go back a few chats to when the app was stable. Thanks ---

Well, it clears the chat but its memory is still there. If you ask what was the last message you sent, it will mention the last message of the chat before clear. So it;s only a visual clear. I really need a way for it to forget everything and start fresh on the same project. It keeps going back and adding some things from the past that I don’t want anymore. ---

Even following this thread doesn’t work. [How-to Enabling Prototyper on Existing Project + Prototyper Full Context Clear](https://community.firebasestudio.dev/t/how-to-enabling-prototyper-on-existing-project-prototyper-full-context-clear/13781) I told it to remember a random word. Did al the clean up, checked the thread files, empty, restarted the VM, the chat was blank, no trace of any context saved anywhere. I asked for the word, it took a while and answered correctly. So I guess unless Google understands that talking to the same AI instance for more then a couple hours is absolutely disastrous, I can’t use it anymore. Very promissing, was very impressed with what I was getting from it, but now is useless. Let;s see how long it will take for them to fix this.
