Disable chrome shortcuts is possible?

I would like to avoid exiting full screen on esc or accidentally close the tab with ctrl + w

Exiting full screen when pressing esc is very annoying. Especially, when you want to ignore the auto complete. I don’t know if that is intentional by design or not but for most websites you need to press **and** hold esc to exit the full screen.

With that being said, I just managed to get around this problem using the extension called “Full Screen for Google Chrome”. With this, you can press esc without exiting the full screen mode.

I also have a similar problem.
When I push key “cmd+T” to close current editor tab, a popup saying “Leave this page?” always show up. That means that the browser shortcuts take priority.
This is really inconvenient…

I found an alternative solution: WebCatalog for Desktop.
ref. [https://desktop.webcatalog.io/en/](https://desktop.webcatalog.io/en/)

It allows us to use only IDX editor shortcuts. However I would prefer to resolve the issue within the browser itself if possible.

Guys, sorry for the late response but I found a good solution, just download the website as a desktop app and web shortcuts will just disappear.
