# Error loading webview

I created a HTML project but the web is not rendering and it showed the error below.  
I have tried:

- Reloading the page
- Closing Chrome entirely  
But so far nothing worked.

Hey, if you’re using Kaspersky and having browser problems (Even on any other browser), I found a solution that might help!

I spent days trying to figure this out, but it’s actually pretty simple:

**Just rename the “Report” folder to “Report1” in your Kaspersky installation directory.**

That’s it! This fixed the issue for me.

Hope this helps someone else avoid the frustration I went through!
