I am unable to access Firebase Studio for over a week due to a “suspicious activity” error message. Despite filing an incident report on July 17th, 2025, and multiple attempts to contact support, I have received no response or resolution. This is critically impacting my work as I cannot access any Firebase project worksapces. I’ve been having the same problem for 4 days on all my projects. I’ve already sent a message to support but haven’t received any response. I’ve tried changing browsers and everything else I can think of, but nothing works. ---

I’m happy to report that my Firebase Studio access issue has been resolved! After being locked out for over a week with a “suspicious activity” error, Google support was able to restore my workspace access. I can now access all my Firebase projects and resources normally. Thank you to the Google Firebase team for addressing this issue and getting me back up and running. I appreciate the assistance in resolving this matter. ---
