# How to open public port for android studio template

I have searched for the open public feature in android studio. It is not available in the android studio template. Is there a solution?

Which feature are you looking for? Currently Android Studio Cloud only support the latest stable version of Android Studio.

@Xfjhu_Ghji - that is good feedback. We don’t support that capability today. Can you please clarify what you are trying to do? The public ports feature has traditionally been used in Firebase Studio to share your web preview with the public or to expose an API endpoint for external callers.

I mean, how do we expose a backend port to the public in Android Studio Cloud?
