Could you try to [restart](https://firebase.google.com/docs/studio/troubleshooting#no-changes) the workspace? That will grab a fresh VM for your workspace and reload everything.

I can’t create a Flutter 3 workspace anymore. Why is it no longer possible even though it worked before?
