Request for Help – Account Suspended/Banned on Firebase Studio / IDX

Hello everyone,

My Firebase Studio / Project IDX account was recently suspended or restricted, and I’m trying to understand the reason and how to resolve it.

I may have accidentally violated a policy without realizing it. I’ve already reviewed the guidelines and would appreciate any advice on:

  • how to contact support properly

  • how long reviews usually take

  • what information I should include in an appeal
