App AI protyper gone

My .idx/ai disappeared and it’s not in git history, just gone. I have quite big app and now I would like to ask you what to do? When I reset my workspace I’m greeted with App Prototyper which wants to create new app, even that whole app git history is there.
How to proceed with my app?

Upgrading an older Project, to have Prototyper
