All the Apps which are deployed using App Hosting is not getting published when clicked on publish button. What is the next alternative way to handle?

I’m experiencing the same issue. I launched a new app yesterday using Firebase App Hosting and the deployment is failing with the message: “Failed to publish app – Something went wrong creating your App Hosting rollout.”
Has anyone found a workaround or confirmation if this is a Firebase service issue?
