Can't use Gemini

In the early days, it appeared, and I could talk to Gemini and get instructions and help with the project. But now, all the time and from different web browsers, I get an empty window. I show an image. Please, I need help.

I’m seeing 408 errors for the GET requests for web-aichat.js and web-aichat.css

My guess is that there is a capacity issue that we are addressing globally. We’ll still investigate and see if there is something else going on.

I have the same problem. Deleted cache, updated chrome, but nothing helps. The Gemini chat window is dead.

9days and still no fixes. I mean I could have expected half ass made project that doesn’t work by google, probably made with AI lol

Hi @kirupa, I’m seeing this 408 error again for web-aichat.js since this morning.

Had the same problem. Try using your mobile hotspot to check if the problem is resolved. If it now works, your problem might have to do with DNS servers automatically assigned by your internet provider or your router. Switching to Google’s DNS (8.8.8.8) fixed it for me.

I have the same problem, I changed the DNS but nothing changes…

I had the same probleme and find a solution ! I simply connect with another google account and its ok !!
So the issue come from your account probably link with gcp etc.. good search google
