I have a simple webpage that I want to publish. When I hit the publish button I get “Failed to create a project”
Any suggestions?

There are a few reasons this could happen. One is if special characters are in the Firebase Studio name used as a basis for the Firebase project name.
Another possibility is that you’ve hit the limit for Firebase projects…but there should be a useful error there vs. Failed to Create a project!
If neither of those are the culprits (or even if they are, there should be useful error messages when this happens ;), can you file a ticket with Firebase Support so that they can take a deeper look? Thanks!
Hello @Mike_Worley , Did you get a solution for this? I’m running into the same problem.
Had the same problem. Tried many things after talking to Gemini. But at the end, I changed my project name to a shorter name, and it suddenly solved the problem.
It’s so frustrating as “Failed to create a project” doesn’t give you any clues on whats wrong… spend hours, and the problem was my project name was too long.

Same problem here.
Name was 32 chars long with spaces.
Making it 8 and no spaces fixed it.
