I cannot publish my firebase app, stuck on creating proect

Hi! I have an issue when trying to publish an app through Firebase Studio.
The process gets stuck on the “Firebase project > Creating a project” step — it keeps loading for hours and eventually fails.

I’ve tried restarting, using a different browser, and even switching accounts, but nothing seems to work. The Next button stays disabled and it never moves forward to the steps like linking the billing account or enabling Firebase services.

someone told me it because the cloud project limitation. but how ever I have only two project in my google cloud project . anyone can tell me how to improve the quote of the project limitation. is there url to direct to apply the project limitaion?

Yes, this sounds like a Google Cloud quota limitation. You can check how many Cloud projects you have at this URL: https://console.cloud.google.com/cloud-resource-manager?hl=en

At 2 projects, you should not be hitting a quota limit but you may have some projects awaiting deletion which are also visible on that page. If you really only have 2 projects, something else is going on and you may need to file a support ticket.
