At the moment unfortunately 100% of my requests are not being processed. I’m always gettting the “An internal error occurred while processing your request.” message. No matter the prompt, or how many times I click on “Try again”, the message always pops and no changes are made to the code.
For internal error, I always say, “Please proceed”, “Next”, “Continue.”. Maybe two or three times.
Thanks for the suggestion Sirius_Wu. I’ve tried but am still getting the error message.
The only way I’m able to make it proceed with a request is if it has nothing to do with the previous one. Even though, it’s not 100%.
I have 2 hypotheses about this: (1) either Firebase’s capabilities are overloaded by the number of users, (2) or the platform is refusing to proceed with requests due to their level of difficulty or complexity (even though some requests are absolutely simple).
Hi @VitorGloria - it is #1. Our servers are being overwhelmed with the number of users, so we are rapidly adding capacity. I do apologize for the difficulties you are encountering. Hopefully in the next few hours, we’ll be able to avoid this problem.
Thank you for the reply, @kirupa! At the moment, I’m really stuck with my project, because for every request proceeded I’m getting at least 20 error messages. Hopefully you will add capacity quick!
