Good evening to the Firebase Studio team and the community,
For several days now, it has become impossible to access Android Studio Cloud via Firebase Studio. Every time we try to create or open a workspace, the interface gets stuck on the message:
“Creating and opening Android Studio workspaces is temporarily unavailable.”
We’ve seen that there is an ongoing incident reported on status.firebase.google.com, but so far, no clear update has been provided.
We fully understand that technical issues like this can take time to resolve. However, Android Studio Cloud is a valuable solution for many of us, especially when using a local Android Studio environment is not an option. A lot of developers rely on this tool to keep moving forward with their projects.
That’s why we humbly ask:
Please give us some hope by confirming whether the service will be restored soon;
Or at least, share an approximate ETA for when things might return to normal.
We sincerely thank the entire team for your work and support, and we truly hope to receive an update or even a small message of reassurance soon
