Better User Experience to file Support Ticket from inside Firebase Studio

When you’re inside Firebase Studio, there is the “?” that has the label of “Get Support” but you have to go through 3 screens just to get to the screen to actually fill out a support ticket. That is an extreme detterent to actually getting help and really obnixous from a user perspective when you’re in the flow.

If there is any way to improve that, that would be appreciated. Getting as close to the user as possible to submit a user ticket and getting the info would be best.

You’re absolutely right that the support flow should be as low-friction as possible, especially when you’re in the middle of development. We completely agree that getting help should be easy and not pull you out of your flow.

While we don’t have any immediate changes to announce for this, I have passed your feedback directly to the Firebase Studio product team. They really appreciate hearing about pain points like this, as it’s the only way we can learn what to prioritize.
