Firebase studio stuck in "setting up workspace"

Hello, is anyone else’s projects getting stuck in the “setting up workspace” step when opening a project?

Here’s a potential workaround:

Workspace does not open any more

OK, “Reset” on the workspace unblocked me. I was very hesitant click “reset” because I thought it my delete all my files. The dialog that was shown after clicking “reset” explained that the files would be safe but I needed to click that scary “reset” to see it. I’d suggest to rename the “reset” button to something like “restart”.
