My workspace will not load. It just sits in Setting Up Workspace forever. I duplicated the workspace and the duplicate has the same issue.
What can I do? I’ve cleared cookies, done the reset, and nothing works.

I have the same problem and TODAY Google's artificial intelligence is absolute garbage.
I thought Google introduced a limit on my quota.

You can try the following steps: Go to the Studio Home page, where all your projects are listed. Click on the ellipsis next to your project, and then select ‘Restart’. This action will reprovision a VM for your project. You may need to repeat this process several times to ensure that it works and that VM space is available.
