I can't enter to my workspace, the error: Error opening workspace: We've detected suspicious activity

Keep having the same problem… How can I fix this?

Keep having the same problem, spent hours on it, still can’t find the reason why… Is there any way to fix this?

i have deleted all workspaces only kept one but still same error and nobody is responding on it

Any google team member would reply on this issue asap? as we need to explain to the client! Already a week on the case, seems your team keep slient and not response, please be a responsible team and also we need to responsible to our client!

I’ve sent emails to support and haven’t received a response. It’s been several days, and I need access to my code information so I can continue my project, even outside of Firebase Studio.

I just afraid when the time goes, the GCP will delete the data, me too sent the email and reply me the rubbish reply, "Thank you for your confirmation and for your continued patience. My name is XXX, and I’ll be assisting you while my colleague is out of the office.

As of now, we are still awaiting a resolution from our internal team, who are actively working on your case. We understand the importance of this matter and are diligently following up with them to ensure a timely response.

Best regards," I wait for 4 days same reply and I think Google team no one works in office, always say out of the office, ridiculous!

They can allow their client to wait or pending, but I cannot treat my client like this! And we still need to help Google team find a reason to explain to the client not due to our problem!

Dear kirupa,
i guess many people already file the ticket but, no response from your team! Even me started from 15/7 to suffer the issue, and I think some people face the problem earlier than me. Seems right now raise the ticket like dropping it into the sea, never comes back reply. You can ask us to wait, but how we face to our client then? I ask my client to wait? Due to Google block my account? And how will the client think of us? Such a non professional team!

Kirupa, and one more thing is, as get blocked, your team provided the auto email stated, "Access to Google Cloud Platform was restricted globally for this account on Jul 17, 2025. The system capabilities of Google Cloud Platform have been used for abusive activities that violate Google’s policies. You can find more details by taking action below.

If you think this was a mistake, submit an appeal. You’ll need to do this as soon as possible because your data in Google Cloud Platform will eventually be deleted. This service remains unavailable for your account until you have a successful appeal."

if keeps on pending, our effort on the Firebase get deleted, how your team to compensate on it? and if data lost the client claim, we claim on your side?

If anyone is reading this from support please help me recover my files so that i can back them up. I understand Firebase Studio is down but I really don’t want to lose the files.

Hello Kirupa, in our organzation nobody can access the workspaces.

It shows the message of “suspicious activity” in every workspace we try to open or create.

I tried everything to recover them, but it not work.

The workspaces are related to sage@rrmconsultoria.es / christian.garcia@rrmconsultoria.es / ramon.rodriguez@rrmconsultoria.es.

Any help is great.
