@kirupa Hi, I have sent a support ticket almost 5 days ago and I still didn’t recieve any response would you please help me solve this issue as I need to continue working on my project.
I keep having this issue on all my workspaces:
Error opening workspace: We’ve detected suspicious activity on one of your workspaces. Please contact support for further assistance
If it helps those are my projects IDs.
They are on a Google workspace business account. My personal projects are on my Gmail and they are working fine.
Well I had recieved a response regarding this issue and I have provided all required information in reply to that mail so how much time can it take to resolve this issue ?
@kirupa thanks for the update, I’ve raised support ticket 2days ago ,also submitted issuetracker below, but still no reponse so far, I was request export data and email to me, could you help to follow it up.
Thanks for sharing! Please do make sure you all have also submitted a support ticket with the same details. That will help us prioritize appropriately.
Can I make a request that when ya’ll communicate back to us for the support request; that you include what we submitted on the form? Since responses are taking a couple of days and we’re fast moving, its extremely hard to remember exactly what we said or what the issue was; especially if we have submitted mutliple tickets.
hello @kirupa is there any updates on resolving the service disruption for Firebase studio specifically around the workspace not loading issue? I have filed a service ticket per your ask here. But it looks like it would be several days before we can get an answer. Will I be able to get access to my workspace anytime soon? I can share with you my case number if you need for unblocking.
