I am unable to access Firebase Studio for over a week due to a “suspicious activity” error message. Despite filing an incident report on July 17th, 2025, and multiple attempts to contact support, I have received no response or resolution. This is critically impacting my work as I cannot access any Firebase project worksapces. Please help escalate this issue or direct me to the appropriate support channel for workspace access problems.

I’ve been having the same problem for 4 days on all my projects. I’ve already sent a message to support but haven’t received any response. I’ve tried changing browsers and everything else I can think of, but nothing works.
I am still experiencing this, very frustrating not being able to access my workspaces. Do you know if this will be fixed soon?
I’m happy to report that my Firebase Studio access issue has been resolved! After being locked out for over a week with a “suspicious activity” error, Google support was able to restore my workspace access. I can now access all my Firebase projects and resources normally. Thank you to the Google Firebase team for addressing this issue and getting me back up and running. I appreciate the assistance in resolving this matter.

I am facing the same issue, dropped many email. I have almost completed a project, i have a demo soon please help me.
