it not opening and i know i have to use it on desktop but just for checking it is accessible or not so i tested on phone

Apologies, Android Studio workspaces cannot be opened by anyone at the moment. There is an ongoing incident for Android workspaces specifically. Firebase Status Dashboard Subscribe to the RSS feed to be notified when this is resolved.
