Error opening workspace: Android Studio workspaces temporarily disabled; please try again later

I have been experiencing a critical issue accessing my Firebase Studio workspace since July 17th, around 5 PM to 7 PM (Southeast Asia Time). I have been unable to load my project and consistently receive the following error message:

“Error opening workspace – We detected suspicious activity and have suspended your account. Please contact support for assistance.”

The project ID is: clowkhxu-11251358.

I have already tried accessing it from multiple devices and browsers, but the same error persists.

I also checked the Firebase Status Dashboard and noticed an ongoing incident titled: “Android Studio workspace creation and opening are temporarily unavailable.”

However, the mention of an account suspension due to suspicious activity is alarming and seems unrelated to a temporary outage. I have not performed any unusual actions that would warrant this.

I submitted a support request but haven’t received any response so far.

Could you please assist me or escalate this issue to someone who can help resolve it?

Unable to open/create Android Studio workspaces incident and the suspicious activity suspension are two separate things.

If you received a account suspension notice and have properly filed a support ticket your workspace will be evaluated.

If you workspace is an Android Studio workspace, you will not be able to open it even if suspension is lifted. To check on the status of Android Studio workspaces subscribe to Firebase Status Dashboard

i understand now, thank you for your clarification and support
