Urgent: All Firebase Studio Workspaces Blocked – Still No Access

Hi Firebase/Google team,

I’m urgently reaching out again regarding an ongoing issue that has completely blocked access to all of my Firebase Studio environments. I continue to receive the following error across all projects:

“We’ve detected suspicious activity on one of your workspaces. Please contact support for further assistance.”

This is affecting multiple environments critical to my development work. These are the affected workspace IDs:

  • studio-3264332246
  • studio-7408142946
  • studio-7787195138

I’ve already submitted a support request and received a general acknowledgment, but I’ve been waiting for several days without a proper resolution or clear timeline. I’ve also reviewed all available troubleshooting documentation, but the issue persists and no workaround seems to apply.

This situation is severely impacting my work, and I would greatly appreciate immediate assistance in restoring access to these environments or at least providing further clarification on the cause.

Please escalate this if possible. I’m happy to provide any logs, screenshots, or additional verification needed.

Thank you

Same here - since 10 days!
For one project, I could just pull it form github and continue working with firebase and gemini over the command line.
But for another project I made the mistake not to push code to github and now there is absolutely no way of working on it anymore, without access to firebase studio. I’ll certainly never make that mistake again!

But the real tragedy here is google not caring at all, apparently, for a major disruption that must affect thousands. And not even a word!

I’m truly dumbfounded by this situation.

As if Firebase Studio didn’t have enough issues.

I’ve already moved onto Replit.

@RexaZii access to your workspaces was restored on Jul 28. Apologies for the delays while we evaluated the issue. I’m going to close this topic since your issue has resolved. Please reach out if you experience new workspace access issues.
