Why would a surge in traffic result in a suspicious activity flag for legitimate users with pending data deletion from Google?

The system capabilities of Google Cloud Platform have been used for abusive activities that violate Google’s policies. You can find more details by taking action below.

If you think this was a mistake, submit an appeal. You’ll need to do this as soon as possible because your data in Google Cloud Platform will eventually be deleted. This service remains unavailable for your account until you have a successful appeal."

if keeps on pending, our effort on the Firebase get deleted, how your team to compensate on it? and if data lost the client claim, we claim on your side?

I am still unable to access Firebase Studio due to a “suspicious activity” error that has been blocking my workspace access for over a week now. Despite filing a Firebase incident report on July 17th, 2025, and contacting Google Cloud support multiple times, I have received no resolution or response. This is severely impacting my work as I cannot access any of my Firebase projects or resources. Can someone please direct me to the correct support channel or help escalate this issue?

I have same this error, I can’t not do anything with this detection error

My project also cannot be opened. The system says it has detected suspicious activity, even though there has been no bot usage or any fraudulent or suspicious activity at all. I only use 2 laptops — one at my workplace and one at home.

Please help normalize or restore my Firebase project.
