I need someone who can help with my Inventory App, I cannot seem to make my admin able to do admin privileges. Everything I have tried has gotten me more and more locked out of my own features. now I am trying to hardcode a particular email to get the privileges but it’s not working. So I need someone who understands this permissions to help.

If on firebase, have you looked in the security rules of your project?
Yes I have, I find it gives all necessary permissions. I even had to make the app security rules open just for dev purposes. Yet it is the biggest problem I face right now and it is slowly eating up at me.

Te entiendo ! Ha sido problema para mí también. No he logrado hacer que los roles estén alineados con las reglas en Firestore. Lo que debo hacer siempre es dejar totalmente abierto firestore rules y simplemente trabajar desde el front end el tema de los permisos.

I’ve run into similar challenges with role alignment in Firestore. What helped was simplifying the role model and moving permission logic into clear, explicit rules rather than relying on the frontend. It’s a bit painful at first, but much safer long-term.
