hi Jamesor
Could team prioritize to settle the following tickets which submitted a week ago.
Google Support (case-10370165, case 10369090)
IssueTracker (issue 433421595)
It has been 10 days since the malfunction occurred. I can accept that a free platform may encounter temporary glitches, and I have no complaints about this. Meanwhile, I hope to receive feedback and updates from the Google team regarding the issue after it arose.
Most importantly, I look forward to the Google team assisting in exporting the data files and sending them to me via email.

I just got their final reply yesterday on gmail, I advise you not to complain anymore, it doesn’t make any sense, after a series of emails I sent, filling out the form as per their request, then continuing a series of requests for additional information, they replied to me that you have to wait by monitoring the status of firebase, what a joke
To summarize:
The core functionality of the app is broke and nobody can access their workspace.
Google representatives tell you to create a ticket, putting the burden on the user.
Support takes days to respond, then delays the process by asking for more info.
A thought:
Any developer that has lost the last 10+ days of coding has likely already moved on.
And if they try to return to Firebase at a later date, will they still have to do this?
Because if your team still does not have a fix without requiring a ticket, most projects will be abandoned.
Creating and opening Android Studio workspaces is temporarily unavailable to all users. Subscribe to the status feed at Firebase Status Dashboard to learn when this has been restored.
It’s starting to feel like this might be the fate of Firebase Studio.
I miss Google Grasshopper. It’s like Duolingo for coding.
It has been two months and it still hasn’t been repaired, what’s going on?!
