After the issue yesterday about not being able to deploy. Now this!

And I’m not even doing anything or prompting. I’m just basically loading the page. I’ve tried restart VM, I’ve tried /clear, I’ve tried deleting temp folders. Nothing.
Am I alone?
Have you installed any MCP servers or CLI extensions? If yes, try uninstalling them one by one to see if you can narrow down the cause. The message reads like one of the tools has an invalid tool name.
