"Rate limit reached" despite paid plan and spare credits?

Hi , I keep getting the “rate limit reached” error message , but I am on a paid plan and didn’t reach my limit yet. How can I find the source of the issue ?

Please:

  1. Go to the Google Cloud Console > IAM & Admin > Quotas for your project.

  2. Filter for Generative Language API and check if any “per minute” or “per user” limits are exceeded.

  3. Also, verify your project’s billing account is active in Firebase Console > Usage and billing.

If all looks correct, a hard refresh or using Incognito mode can help. If not, please contact Firebase Support directly via the ‘?’ help icon in the console, as this requires account-specific investigation.

Hi Forelord, thank you for your response, all quotas are ok for now but next time I will go check there!
Can we ask to rise these quotas ?
