The workspace not opening after refresh

i was using the prototype ai and i got a error it told me to refresh the window after refresh i got stuck in the loading workspace the workspace not opening nor the code studio

these are the steps of loading when i open the project
Setting up workspace
Initializing environment
Building environment
Finalizing
and its stuck in first one
