Unable To Use Studio

I have been using Firebase Studio for some time and have various projects in it. For one in particular with well over 300 hours into it, the AI has begun to have many errors. It’s placing multiple backticks at the end of various files or saying it’s updating code and it’s not actually changing anything. I have to constantly reset the VM due to it locking up. Is there something I can do on my end to make this better? When beginning work on the project again, I always use a new Incognito session and enable 3rd party cookies.

Almost (not every time but pretty close to every time) I see “Omitted from agent history: changes suggested and applied to the following files”, one of two things takes place. Either nothing is changed at all or some files are changed but not others.

Even though the agent completely reset on me and started asking probing questions as though I had no work on the project previously, things were working incredibly well. What changed? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am facing the exact same issue, with the same omitted from agent history stuff and it not updating the code, it is really annoying. Especially since I am on the final stage lf my webapp. Since Firebase studio is very new, I guess there will be a lot of issues now in the beginning. I would be very greatful if anyone knows how to solve this!

I see the same thing constantly. I have to constantly tell the model to give me the XML which it does most of the times, but often it apologizing for it’s inability to stop doing it gets longer and longer each time. There should be a system prompt that makes it stop saying (Omitted from history.

Same here, the deeper into the project the more often “Omitted from agent history”. so far simply telling it to implement changes helps to push it through…
