URGENT: Workspace stuck in "Building Environment" loop after power outage (Uncommitted Data)

Hello IDX Team,

I urgently need assistance with my workspace.

  • Workspace ID: studio-5639908718
  • Project Name: FacilitoPOSVenezuela
  • Platform: Firebase Studio (Project IDX)

The Issue:
I experienced a power outage while the session was active/connected. Since then, the workspace is completely stuck in a loop. When I try to open it, it displays: “Whoops… we are experiencing increased load and are spinning up a new VM for you”, followed by an infinite “Building Environment” state. It eventually times out.

Why it is critical:
I have 8 days of uncommitted work on the VM disk that has not been pushed to GitHub yet. I cannot simply delete and recreate the VM because I will lose significant data.

Request:
Could you please force a hard restart of this specific VM or assist in mounting the volume to a new workspace so I can rescue my files? The standard “Restart” options are not resolving the boot loop.
