My workspace isn’t opening on Wi-Fi, even with good speeds. However, when I connect my phone to the same Wi-Fi, share a hotspot, and connect my laptop to that hotspot, the workspace opens. If I then disconnect the hotspot and reconnect the laptop directly to the Wi-Fi, the workspace fails to open. Why is this happening?
Try resetting your workspace..and check you internet proxy if there hasn’t been any limitations or restrictions
Try using CF(1.1.1.1) or google(8.8.8.8) DNS if issue still persists.
This should not be always a WiFi issue. Try again in 10 minutes and if you are still having issues report back!
