404 This page could not be found - error no matter what I do

I get this error no matter what i do
404 This page could not be found.

I have now pull all the latest code from git that i know 100% is working.
I still get the same issue
I have noticed the internal URL bar is empty

Can some one help please ?

Check that your router is properly configured.

But since you said you reverted to old code you know was working, try clearing your dev environments cache and do a hard restart of the dev environment. Try this first and then look at your routes
