I need help I am building a TeachersAI website and app where teachers can create lesson note and lesson plans among other functions. I have also integrated the 2.5 but after deploying my work this is what I received. countless errors.

can confirm GEMINI is refusing to work today, it takes a task once in 5-20 minutes if lucky. Really bad when it causing side issues and you have to ask for bug fixes and you end up doing 4-5 fixes, this takes today at least 1h due to the delays instead of 5 minutes. Might have to do with some recent changes on upgrading the gemini version, had no issues or never encountered it since today.

Yes, the Gemini team has publicly posted an update that some of their services were impacted which resulted in the above errors. Hopefully they will be resolved now (or will be soon depending on how quickly things rollout globally).
How do I access 2.5 Pro Exp? In my model drop down, I have 2.5 Pro Preview but not 2.5 Pro Exp. It tells me a I can’t use Pro Preview with a free account but I can use 2.5 Pro Exp but that option is not in my drop down. I still have 2.0 pro exp.

Some questions:
- Are Gemini 2.5 models the only ones available in Prototyping mode now?
- You mentioned 2.5 Pro in the headline, is there a way to see which of the model (Pro, Flash) is currently used?
