This is bothering me now. have tried everything under the sun (deleting billing account, adding new cards, clearing cache, trying different browsers) but cannot address.
Was working perfect until today and now that I am trying to push for an update see this error.
Hi guys I have also faced this exact issue and just solved it . Please try to go to your Billing manager and reduce the number of projects linked to that billing account (if you have idle ones)
You can additionally apply for a quota increase.
Please reply if this works for you as i tried too many trouble shooting steps its only this that i think has more than 80% chance of being the one that solved it. others include setting up of firebase hosting , for need to know.
