Ive confirmed I have all the right permissions on the google cloud side for the one and only billing account. I can link my project to the billing account, but when I click publish it doesnt like it.
I’m lost as to what the actual issue is.

I had to wait about 24 hours for it to update before I was able to see the billing account and click publish. You might want to re-authenticate as well.
