Workspace suddenly inaccessible

A workspace shared with me by one of my clients (https://studio.firebase.google.com/pwp-93738859) suddenly became unresponsive while editing a source code file with Ctrl+X/Ctrl+V, and after about 10 seconds put up a modal dialog saying it was “Reconnecting…” which didn’t work for a couple minutes, so I clicked the “Reload the page” button in the dialog box, which made me re-confirm that I trust the person who shared it with me and for about an hour so far has been stuck on “Setting up workspace” which previously has never taken more than about a minute to unpack.

Is there a support channel I’m not seeing? EDITED TO ADD: Yes, Contact Support  |  Firebase (incident report submitted.)

Anyone else seeing this at the moment?

Updated Case 10355414: Workspace suddenly inaccessible

It came back after a few hours, but making the same cut/paste edit put it back in the same inaccessible state where it has been for another hour so far.
