It’s honestly unacceptable to see the level of disrespect shown by Google and the Firebase Studio team toward paying users.
We are now two months without a single update, without a roadmap, without explanations, and — worst of all — without any response to the questions raised by the community.
User questions are ignored, seen, and simply left unanswered. And when they do bother to reply, it’s with generic comments that have nothing to do with Firebase Studio, just to clear notifications.
I genuinely feel misled after purchasing the annual PRO subscription, believing we were paying for a constantly evolving and actively maintained product. The reality?
No updates.
No communication.
No transparency.
No respect for paying customers.
The minimum we should expect is:
-
Frequent updates, even if in beta.
-
Clear communication about delays, bugs, and development plans.
-
Basic respect for the people funding the product.
But we’re not getting any of that.
If you’re considering buying Firebase Studio PRO: look at other tools first. It’s shameful to see a Google team release an obviously incomplete, bug-ridden tool, and then simply vanish — yet they have no problem charging for premium subscriptions.
Keep going like this: at this rate, smaller independent platforms with proper communication will surpass you effortlessly.
